These onion rings will be devoured by kids and adults alike. One batch is never enough though...they go in seconds!

Ingredients
- 2 medium onions
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1⁄3 salt
Instructions
Peel and slice onions into rings and drop into boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and transfer onions to iced water. Keep in iced water for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Coat onions in flour. Fry in hot olive oil until golden brown and crisp. Sprinkle with a little salt to taste.

I really love that there are so few ingredients. (i always feel guilty when deep frying, but somehow the natural ingredients make that go away :)
