This Spinach Noodle Kugel is easy to make and is a great side dish to chicken, fish or meat.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
- 1⁄2 cup non dairy creamer
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together and place in dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
