Spinach Noodle Kugel

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
  • 1⁄2 cup non dairy creamer
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Mix all ingredients together and place in dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

I loved this original kugel as is and I also tried doing a dairy version by adding shredded cheese and it was delicious!
