Teriyaki Salmon

This savory salmon is a breeze to make, and is always a hit at the table. A definite favorite in our house!

Ingredients

  • 1 2-lb salmon fillet
  • 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
  • 1⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1⁄2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

Place salmon in sealable bag with soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and maple syrup. Marinate salmon for half hour to an hour.

Preheat oven to 425 and bake salmon on greased pan for 17 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
