A great salad made with sauteed portobello mushrooms, tomatoes and glazed almonds, tossed with salad greens.

Ingredients
- 3 large portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
- 1 bag mixed salad greens
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄4 cup glazed almonds, crushed
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 1⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Saute mushrooms in oil with salt, pepper, and paprika, until soft.
Combine with salad greens, tomatoes, and almonds.
Whisk remaining ingredients together, until well combined. Pour over salad right before serving.
