Olive Tapenade is an all time favorite dip on our Shabbat table. It's real easy and packed with flavor.

Ingredients
- 20 pitted kalamata olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed, drained, and chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
Combine Kalamata olives, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate and use within two weeks.
