Chicken Cacciatore

This is my favorite chicken recipe. The chicken meat gets so soft, it falls right off the bone. Plus, it is a snap to make. Best served over pasta or rice.

This was delicious, and really easy to make. I had lots of sauce left over.

My husband hates to pick at chicken, so this recipe worked so well for us!! It was so easy to make and true to description, the chicken falls right off the bone. Yum!! I also tried it without the green pepper and it's good that way too.
