This is a flavorful yet fairly mild Black Bean and Corn Salsa. If you like more fire to your salsa, add a diced jalapeno.

Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained
- 1 15 ounce can whole kernel corn
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 6 tablespoons lime juice
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1⁄4 cup red onion, minced
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, minced
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until cold. Add tomatoes just before serving.
