Ingredients
- 2 lb. salmon fillet
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced onions
- 3⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place salmon on greased baking pan. Spread mayonnaise on salmon and sprinkle with minced onion, salt and chili powder. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Salmon should be served warm.
