Ingredients

  • 2 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 6 cups chopped apples (10-12 apples)
  • 3 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat brown sugar with eggs for 2 minutes. Add oil and mix. Add the apples and mix well. Sift together the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, and add to mixture.

Grease 11x14 inch baking pan, or line with baking paper. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
